Refund Policy
We have a 14 - day return policy, wich means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of puchase.
Please contact us at info@marisolshoponline.com to initiate a retun. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, at this time the customer is responsible for return fees.
Damage and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive a damage or faulty item, please send us vdeo proof immediately. We will then send you out a replacemente device as soon as we receive this proof. Please note out store policy is to immediateli replace faulty items, we will not be able to refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for you bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
